Paul Szemplinski founded Integrated Document Technologies, Inc. (IDT) www.idt-inc.com in 1992. As CEO and founder, he continues to guide IDT’s overall vision and direction as an organization. Prior to IDT, Paul worked at Pioneer Standard Electronics and Digital Equipment Corporation.
James P. Raboin
Chief Technical Officer
Jim Raboin has been serving in a leadership position at IDT since 1996. He has extensive experience designing and implementing software and systems using Hyland OnBase, Microsoft, Oracle, Stellent, EMC, Captiva, Kofax, Datacap, Kodak, Verity, Captaris, and CAPSYS CAPTURE toolsets and as well as a wealth of experience with various software development languages. Jim was instrumental in the development and architecture of the CAPSYS CAPTURE product line – complementary add-on products for IDT’s Content Management application suite of offerings.
Senior Project and Engagement Manager
Jim Hartigan joined IDT in May 2012 as Sr. Project Manager after working on special projects as an independent consultant. Today, Jim is accountable for many facets of IDT’s Professional Services Delivery Team department, which include Project Management, Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance.

Karen Hampton has more than 20 years of industry experience and she leads all aspects of IDT’s people strategy with an emphasis on driving the highest levels of engagement across the organization. Karen assists IDT in developing organizational wide competencies in the following key areas: Organizational and Career Development, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, Policy Development and Benefits.
Michael F. Nolfo
Mr. Nolfo, residing now in Southern California, previously a native of Elmhurst, IL, began his early career at IDT in 1999 as a Sales Representative. Since then, he has advanced in various roles from Business Development, Account Manager, to National Account Manager and now serves as IDT’s president.

Jeff Martini has over 25 years of strategic leadership and tactical execution on the design and implementation of a comprehensive and evolving suite of IDT solutions and services portfolio. Jeff develops and implements plans by specifying goals, strategy, risk management approaches and other aspects of the end-to-end customer engagements. Jeff has served in leadership capacities for both private and public organizations while bringing a wealth of experience and best practices to our firm.
Chief Financial Officer
Ed Berlin has over 15 years of experience undertaking all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Ed’s duties include preparation and publishing of timely financial statements and assuring IDT is compliant with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
